The L.E.A.D. Center for Youth Coaching Certification brings coaches together to foster a sense of community and embark on a journey toward greater self-awareness and openness in a supportive group environment. This program isn’t just about mentoring youth; it starts with each coach as individuals. Focusing on the growing discipline of sports-based youth development, participants who complete this course will have a viable, sought-after certification that demonstrates their understanding in values based, trauma informed coaching.

Participants who complete this course will earn:

- A certificate of completion from GHC's Center for Continuing & Professional Education

- A certificate of completion from L.E.A.D. Center For Youth

- A one-year license to use the MVP of SBYD L.E.A.D. Center For Youth Certification Seal
